Bouillatou Terms and Conditions

  1. Prices for all properties are per week unless otherwise stated.
  2. Arrival time after 4pm. Departure time by 10am. We will make sure that the key is in the door of your cottage for your arrival so that you do not have to rush in getting here for a certain time. The cottage will have its name on the wall in order that you are certain this is your holiday rental.
  3. Arrival and departure days during July and August are Saturday to Saturday, however, during the low season we offer flexible start dates for your holiday to accommodate your travel arrangements.
  4. A non-refundable deposit is required on booking of €250 or £250 per cottage and the balance becomes payable ten weeks prior to arrival. If your holiday is booked less than ten weeks before arrival then the total is payable at the time of booking.
  5. We recognise that many people prefer the convenience of paying their deposits or final payments securely on line by credit card. Upon reservation you will be forwarded an invoice via email followed by a request from Paypal asking for the €250 or £250 deposit. You will subsequently be sent a request from paypal for the final balance ten weeks prior to arrival. This information and dates of payment will show on your original invoice.
  6. All linen and towels are provided within the cost including pool towels. We expect you to put all towels and bed linen downstairs in a bin liner prior to your departure.
  7. Cots and high chairs can be provided.
  8. Use of all the facilities including Wifi, Tennis Court, Heated Swimming Pool, Table tennis, dvd's, games and books are included in the price.
  9. All properties have Wi-Fi internet access available with no password necessary.
  10. From the beginning of October to the end of April there is an additional charge of €60 per week for heating.
  11. All prices are inclusive of VAT and should the VAT increase prior to final balance payment then this will be added on to your final balance invoice.
  12. We do not take security deposits but ask that all of our guests are respectful of our property, animals, other guests and their personal items and also our poolside rules are adhered to. We insist that no glass is taken to the pool side and that you take with you all of your rubbish, clothing, towels and toys back to your cottage. If everyone does this it keeps the area clean and tidy for all guests. We keep competetive pricing by not employing staff to man these areas, they are cleaned and tidies on Changeover days and therefore you are responsible for ensuring that you have a lovely stay by keeping your own items tidy.
  13. We ask that you see our departure requests in order that we can retain both high standards and competetive pricing.
  14. Somebody will be available on the front lawn from 9am to 10am each Sunday Morning offering a croissant and orange juice, this is to answer any questions you may have or make any reservations on your behalf. please text or call 0647069462 if you have any questions or requests at any other time. We keep it to an hour in order that you can get out and enjoy your holiday as there are sunday markets to see so we won't keep you it is purely to say Hi and assist you if you would like us to.
  15. Please ensure that when you leave your cottage that you have cleaned it and removed all your goods from cupboards, drawers and the fridge and that all is left as you found it for the next guest. We ask that you take your rubbish down to the local bins as described in your welcome pack in your cottage. Many thanks Stephen and Becky Lea
